Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf
of Councillors Mrs Joan Lloyd and Simon Speller.
 
The Leader also submitted apologies for
absence on behalf of the Chief Executive who, together with
Councillor Speller, was attending the East of England Net Zero
Conference in Cambridge.
