Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf
of Councillors Graham Lawrence and Maureen McKay.  Councillor Conor McGrath was in attendance as
substitute for Councillor McKay.
 
Councillor Mitchell declared a
non-pecuniary interest in respect of Item 3 – land adjacent
to GSK Campus as he had limited shares with GSK.  Councillor Mitchell remained in the meeting and
took part in the deliberations on this item.
