The Executive considered a
report in respect of the details of the Building Safety Act and the
Policy for meeting these requirements.
 
It was
RESOLVED:
 

1.         
That the draft Building Safety policy and the roles
and responsibilities set out within the policy at Appendix A to the
report be approved.

2.         
That the progress against the Building Safety Act
Implementation plan be noted.
