The Chief Executive advised the Council that
Councillors Richard Henry, Phil Bibby CC and Robin Parker CC had
been appointed as Leaders of the Labour and Co-operative,
Conservative and Liberal Democrat Groups respectively.  It was noted that Councillors Jeannette Thomas,
Bret Facey and Stephen Booth would be Deputy Leaders of the Labour
and Co-operative, Conservative and Liberal Democrat Groups
respectively.
