In accordance with the Cabinet delegation
resolved on 4 February 2025 (executive decision reference CAB517),
the Director of Finance and the Assistant Director for Governance,
following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and
Resources and the Cabinet Member for Communities, Culture &
Sport, have given approval to the appointment of Browne Jacobson as
external legal advisors to the Council in connection with the
implementation of new management arrangements for Stockport Active
CIC.
