The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport Services has considered a number of
objections received to proposals to introduce traffic regulations
orders on Park Bridge Close, Kinglsey Avenue and Horace Grove,
Heaton Norris and has agreed that in the light of the objections
the order should be made as advertised, subject to an amendment to
change the No Waiting ‘At Any Time’ at the top end of
Park Bridge Close to incorporate a No Loading restriction to apply
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 4.00pm to match the
junction of Park Bridge Close, and the inclusion of wooden posts
within the verges to prevent these being driven over.

approved traffic regulation orders are
detailed at Appendix A to the report.
