The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the
installation of 2 no. middleton style bollards on the footway at
the Finney Lane/ St Anns Road South junction, Heald Green to
prevent motorists from driving their vehicles over the footway to
avoid queuing traffic turning right onto St Ann’s Road North,
at a cost of £1,200 to be funded from the Cheadle Area
Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green ward
allocation).
