Claremont Road in a South Westerly direction to a point 5 metres
South West of the South Western kerb line of Claremont Road.

Green Ward)
 
North Western side,
from a point 10 metres North East of the (projected) North Eastern
kerb line of Claremont Road for a distance of 21 metres in a South
Westerly direction.
