The Area Committee has
given approval to an application from the ‘4 Seasons Events
Group’ to hold a family inflatable, small rides and games
event which comprises attractions for children up to the age of 12.
Organisers will access the site on 30 April 2025, provide their
event on Saturday to Monday 3 – 5 May 2025 from 11.30am -
5.30pm and vacate the park on the evening of 6 May 2025 subject to
the event organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork
at least 2 weeks prior to the event, including any necessary
licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates,
a satisfactory traffic management plan and the payment of agreed
fees and charges.
