Purpose

The Director of
Finance (Section 151 Officer) will be asked to agree to enter into
and sign a Variation to the Section 75 Agreement between the
council and the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board
(GMICB) to replace the financial schedule with a financial schedule
detailing the pooled funds for 2023/24 and 2024/25; entering into
and sign a Memorandum of Understanding for 2023/24 between NHS
Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (GMICB) and the council;
and enter into and sign a new re-modelled Section 75 Partnership
Agreement .

Content

The Director of
Finance, in consultation with the Cabinet Members for Finance &
Resources and Health & Adult Social Care, has given approval to
the:-
 
(1) Entering into and
signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for 2023/24 between NHS
Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (GMICB) and the
council.
 
(2) Entering into and
signing of the Variation to the Section 75 Agreement between the
council and the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board
(GMICB) to replace the financial schedule (Schedule 1) with a
financial schedule detailing the pooled funds for 2023/24 and
2024/25.
 
(3) Once the form of
the document has been agreed between the parties, the entering into
and signing the Revised Model Section 75 Agreement between the
council and NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Commissioning Board
(GMICB) for 2024/25.
