The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport Services has considered a number of
objections received to a proposed ‘No Waiting at Any
Time’ traffic regulation order; a Moving Traffic Regulation
Order(s) '20mph Zone' and 7.5t Weight Limit (Except for Access) on
the Bloor Development (Foxcote Estate),
Heald Green and has agreed that notwithstanding the objections, the
orders be made as advertised.

Alternative options considered

To continue without
restriction on the highway and not introducing the proposed traffic
regulation orders.
