The Area Committee has
given approval to the following recommendations -
(1)  To note
the contents of this report;
(2)  To
formally adopt the Financial Accounts of the Brookfield Park Shiers
Family Trust for year ending 31 March 2025;
(3)  To
agree not to make funding available for distribution from the Trust
during 2025/26 due to the Trust’s deficit outlined in the
report of £3,832;
(4)  To
continue with the current investment policies which are:

·         To
maintain the value of the Trust in real terms before considering
any distribution, and

·         To
reinvest the dividends received in relation to the Investment Fund
back into that Investment Fund, and;
(5)  To ask that regular updates are provided to the
Committee on the position of the Trust.
