The Area Committee has
given approval to an application received from Fosbrook Folk
Education Trust for a grant of £685 from the Ward Flexibility
Funding Budget (£86 from Brinnington & Stockport Central, £29 from
Davenport & Cale Green and £570 from Manor ward
allocations) towards the cost of performing at Sidmouth Folk
Festival in August and showcasing traditional music and dance local
to the North West, and Stockport in particular.
