The Cabinet Member
for Parks, Highways
& Transport Services has considered a report that stated
agreement had previously been given to the implementation of a road
safety around schools scheme on 19 March 2025 (executive decision
reference CMDHPL185).
 
However, following
mapping of the Sealed Order it was noted that there was anomaly
within the schedule for Whitehill Primary School and that the
sealed order also stated the wrong Order commencement and
citation.
 
It is therefore
proposed to rescind the existing order and approve a new order to
resolve this.
 
The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport Services has then given approval to
the legal advertising of the package of traffic regulations orders
and associated revocations as detailed at Appendix A to the report
and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the
advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders.
