The Deputy Chief
Executive has granted authority to enter into a deed of grant as
joint signatory with Stockport Homes Group and United Utilities
pursuant to a sewer diversion under Section 185 of the Water
Industry Act 1991 in respect of land at Andrew Street, Compstall on
the terms and basis as outlined in the ‘not for
publication’ report.
