The Deputy Chief
Executive has noted that approval has previously been given to
enter into a deed of grant as joint signatory with Stockport Homes
Group and United Utilities pursuant to a sewer diversion under
Section 185 of the Water Industry Act 1991 in respect of land at
Andrew Street, Compstall (Officer Decision ref. ODDCE469), and has
given further approval to the entering into of a Section 104
agreement under the Water Industry Act 1991 in respect of the same
development and land to permit the third party construction of
sewers to an agreed standard for subsequent adoption by the water
company.
