The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to the transfer of the Freehold Asset known as the Ada Kay Centre,
Bredbury to The Weekend Day Centre for Dementia Care (WDC)
following the expiry of its current lease on the terms and basis as
outlined in the ‘not for publication’ report.
