The Deputy Chief
Executive has given approval to the granting of authority to
complete the terms of a Lands Tribunal Contract between the Council
and a claimant on the A6 MARR highway scheme route to complete the
purchase of the parcels of land identified in this report on the
terms and basis as outlined in the ‘not for
publication’ report.
