The Deputy Chief
Executive has given approval to the appointment of KOK as the CDM
Principal Designer for the refurbishment/re-purpose of a
residential house at 9 Carr Brow, High Lane into a family home to
be funded via the Children’s Homes Capacity Expansion
programme, on the terms as outlined in the ‘not for
publication’ report.
