The Area Committee has
given approval to:-
 

(1) 
the making of an order to divert part of the bridleway to the newly
constructed route as shown on the plan at Appendix 1 of the
report.
 

(2) 
the submission of the Order to the Secretary of State for
confirmation in the event that objections to the Order are received
and sustained.
 

(3) 
if no objections are received then the order be confirmed.
