The Area Committee has
given approval to an application received from the Association
of Ukrainians in Great Britain – Stockport Branch for Ward
Flexibility Funding for a grant of £375 towards the cost of
hosting a summer event to celebrate the Independence Day of
Ukraine, a state holiday in Ukraine celebrated in commemoration of
the Declaration of Independence of 1991.
