The Area Committee has
given approval to an application received from 4 Seasons Events
Group to hold a family inflatable, small rides and games event
which comprises attractions for children up to the age of 12 at
Woodbank Memorial Park on 27 and 28 September 2025 between 11.30 am
and 5.30 pm with access required from 24 September subject to the
event organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at
least 2 weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences,
health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a
satisfactory traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees
and charges.
