The Area Committee has
given approval to an application from Bramhall and Woodford Rotary
Club to hold their annual summer Circus in the Walled Garden at
Bramhall Park on 3rd August 2025, between the hours of 1pm and
5:00pm, accessing the site between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm
to set up and close down the event, subject to the event
organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least 2
weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health
and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory
traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees and
charges.
