The Area Committee has
given approval to an application received from Stockport Harriers
& Athletic Club for the use of Woodbank Memorial Park for two
race events on 11 October and 6 December 2025 between 11.00 am and
4.30 pm with access from 9.00 am subject to the event organiser
obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least 2 weeks
prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health and
safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory
traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees and
charges.
