The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to allow an assignment of the long leasehold and grant consent to
remove the single dwelling restrictive covenant use of the property
of 16 Alcester Road. The purchaser of the long leasehold requires
consent from the Council to be able to carry out the development of
a new second dwelling.
