to appoint the selected suppliers as consultant for the
redevelopment of 11 King Street West as follows:

Lead Designer - Black Cat Consultancy Ltd.        
·        
Mechanical & Electrical Design – ECS Consultants.
·        
Structural Design Engineer – TRP Consulting.
·        
CDM Principal Designer – JAD Consulting.
