The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
for the Council to permit the current tenant The Light Cinemas
Limited to assign the three leases as part of a restructuring of
its business; complete the rent reviews of two of the leases and;
to also replace the tenant’s existing licence for a storage
area at Red Rock with a new lease to the proposed new tenant The
Light Venues Limited.
