The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport Services has considered a number of
objections received to the proposed introduction of Traffic Calming
measures and a 20mph Speed Limit Order (SLO) within the Carisbrooke
area of Hazel Grove and has agreed, that:-
 
(1) In the light of
the objections, that amendments be made to the proposals with the
following Traffic Calming measures being removed from smaller
lengths of roads, and as shown in the amended drawings, with these
being replaced by repeater signage:-
 

·        
Position 41 & 42 on Harlech Drive

·        
Position 24 on Stokesay Drive

·        
Position 27 on Caernarvon Drive

·        
Position 21 on Corfe Crescent

·        
Position 5 on St John’s Road
 
(2) The 20mph Speed
Limit Order be made as advertised.
