The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to permission by way of a letter to the owner of 12 Chisworth Close, thereby enabling operation of a
dog grooming business from this residence and outbuilding, with the
Council waiving any right to pursue the property owner for future
business breaches of the existing covenants.
