The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
appoint both consultants up to RIBA Stage 2 only at this point to
review the existing site and discuss the proposed scope of works on
the Hideaway Project (redevelopment of the former BHS unit in
Merseyway Shopping Centre) as
follows:

David Trowler Associates, acting as
Building Surveyor and Building Regulations Principle Designer.
·        
Charles Andrews Limited, acting as MEP Consultant.
