The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to convey the area of land referred to in the report marked
‘restricted’ (edged red on the attached plan) to Petros
Ltd (Tala Homes Ltd) on amended terms to remove an overage
provision with an immediate sale subject to the only restriction
that the land be used in a residential scheme granted planning
consent by Stockport MBC as local planning authority.
