The Leader of the Council has:-
(1) Discharged his powers under Section 9E of the Local Government
Act 2000 to establish a Cabinet (Housing) Committee.
(2) Given approval to the Terms of Reference of the Cabinet
(Housing) Committee as detailed at Appendix A to the report.
(3) Given approval to the composition of the Cabinet (Housing)
Committee on the basis detailed at Appendix A to the report.
(4) Amended the Cabinet Scheme of Delegation to reflect the above
resolutions.
