The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to complete the legal formalities in respect of the Lands Tribunal
Contract between the Council and a claimant which will require the
additional payment of a nominal amount and to pay any outstanding
professional and personal fees and interest due under the terms of
the contract as part of the A6 MARR highway scheme.
