The Deputy Chief Executive and Section 151
officer in conjunction with the Capital Board has given approval to
entering into the Funding Agreement and Deed of Covenant with Arts
Council England to facilitate the delivery of the Bramall Hall Roof
Refurbishment; and that authority be given to the Assistant
Director (Governance) to do all things necessary to facilitate and
implement the completion of the Funding Agreement and Deed of
Covenant.
