The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
to the initial assignment of the Philip J Davies Trust lease to the
Great Places Housing group in Plots A, B and C on Chestergate, Stockport (etched on the report marked
‘not for publication’) and that upon the grant of an
acceptable planning consent, the Council to sell its freehold
interest in Plots A, B and C to Great Places Housing Group.
