The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways and Transport Services has given approval to the
legal advertising of the following Moving Traffic Regulation Order
and, subject to the receipt of no objections within twenty-one days
of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a
cost of £3,000 to be funded from the Marple Area
Committee’s Delegated Budget (Marple South & High Lane
ward allocation):-
 
Proposed (MTRO) Moving
Traffic Regulation Order – 20mph Speed Limit
 
Barnsfold Road (Both Directions) - From the
junction of Upper Hibbert Lane in a westerly direction for
a distance of 400m to the boundary of
the adopted highway.
 
Barnsfold Road (Exit Arm Only) - From property
number 16 Barnsfold Road in a north
easterly direction for a distance of 72m
to the junction of Upper Hibbert Lane.
 
Hollingworth Drive
(Both Directions) - From the junction of Barnsfold Road in a southerly direction for
a distance of 155m including the turning
head.
