The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways &
Transport Services has considered a report detailing the
circumstances surrounding the Road Safety Around Schools Scheme for
Cheadle Catholic Infant & Junior Schools, with specific regard
to the absence of a Sealed Order for this scheme. It was further
outlined that as the date has expired for the approvals to proceed
based on the original decision, it was necessary to readvertise the
orders in order for the scheme to become enforceable.

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has
then given approval to the implementation of the Road Safety Around
Schools Scheme for Cheadle Catholic Infant & Junior Schools as
detailed in in the report, and the legal advertising of the package
of Traffic Regulation Orders detailed at Appendix A to the report
and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the
advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders.
