Purpose

The Committee has
considered a report detailing proposed amendments to the Housing
Allocation Policy following its last review held in 2021, taking
into account government announcements, new guidance in relation to
armed forces, victims of domestic violence and eligible relevant
and former care leavers and also working to maximise the use of any
available empty properties, against a growing demand and reducing
supply, and has:-
