The Director for
Development and Regeneration has given approval to:

the acquisition of the release of a restrictive covenant on land
owned by the Council to enable Stockport Homes to build 6 special
needs residential properties on Grafton Street, Stockport, SK4.

·        
the appropriation of the site from the current Education
designation to the Housing Revenue Account.
