The Director for Development and Regeneration
has given approval for the Council to:
 
·        
accept the terms of the Round 2 Changing Places Toilet (CPTs) grant
offer;
·        
receive and administer the Round 2 CPT monies;
·        
progress the three Round 2 CPT schemes and to source additional
funding where required;
·        
vary the capital grant between all six CPTs as required and in line
with the funding guidance;
·        
to enter into contracts, procurement and
agreements as required with CPT providers, contractors and building
occupiers to progress the delivery and maintenance of all six CPT
facilities;
·        
and to authorise the Strategic Head of Service (Legal &
Democratic Governance) to do all things necessary or incidental to
the implementation of the above resolutions, including and de-scope
or substitutions if required.
