At its meeting on 5
November 2024, the Cabinet considered a report in relation to the
development of a Memorandum of Understanding for the local electric
vehicle infrastructure programme.  The
Cabinet then agreed to delegate authority to negotiate and enter
into the memorandum of understanding for the local electric vehicle
infrastructure programme between Transport for Greater Manchester,
Stockport Council and each of the other Greater Manchester local
authorities to the Director of Place Management  and the Assistant Director for Governance in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways and
Transportation Services.  This was
published as executive decision reference CAB491.
 
The Director of Place
Management and the Assistant Director for Governance, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Parks Highways and
Transport Services, have now discharged this delegation and given
approval to the final Memorandum of Understanding for the Local
Electric Infrastructure Fund (LEVI) Programme as detailed at
Appendix 1 to the report.
