The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways & Transport has given approval to the legal
advertising of the 'No Waiting At Any Time', 'No Waiting - Monday
to Friday, 8.30 – 9.30am and 2.30 – 4pm', and 'No
Stopping' Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and associated
revocations as shown in Appendix A to the report and, subject to
the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement
date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded from the
Road Safety around Schools programme budget allocation.

Alternative options considered

The Road Safety Around Schools programme
operates within a limited budget, prioritising the delivery of
small-scale interventions. As such, larger or more complex schemes
fall outside the scope of this funding. Given these constraints, it
was agreed to proceed with the proposed option.
