Purpose

There have been requests from ward councillors
to change the Council’s approach to installing advisory
residential disabled bays to minimise the impact on ward budgets.
This report identifies the need to update the Council's policy
statement on advisory residential disabled bays to enable
this.

Content

The Cabinet has
considered a report detailing a proposed Advisory Residential
Disabled Bays policy setting out the Council's approach to
installing advisory residential disabled bays and has then approved
and adopted the Advisory Residential Disabled Bays policy.
