The Director of Development and Regeneration
has given approval to the variation of the ground lease from
Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to the Village Hotel,
Cheadle Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, SK8 1HW to remove a small
parcel of land at the hotel’s entrance to accommodate the
Cheadle Town Fund cycling scheme improvements.
