The Director of
Development and Regeneration has given approval to grant a wayleave
agreement to Virgin Media to undertake the following at Priestnall
School, Priestnall Road, Stockport, SK3 3DL:
• Install
electronic communications apparatus on, under or over the Property
shown for the purposes of identification only on the plans as
amended by agreement from time to time
• Execute any works on the Property in connection with the
installation, operation, use, inspection, maintenance, adjustment,
alteration, repair, replacement, renewal, upgrade, addition to,
connection to, or removal of the Apparatus
• Keep, operate, maintain, adjust, alter, repair, upgrade,
share and inspect any Apparatus so installed;
• Connect to a power supply;
• Interfere with or obstruct any means of access to or from
the Property on a temporary basis to the extent reasonably
necessary to execute any works to the Apparatus and in accordance
with the Owner’s reasonable access requirements;
• Enter the Property for the purposes of exercising the Rights
subject to the giving of notice.
