The Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation
with the Cabinet Members for Parks, Highways and Transport Services
and Economy, Regeneration and Skills, has given approval to the
following decisions:
 

The entering into any agreements
with TFGM that are necessary for the delivery of the site as a
temporary bus storage facility.
The procurement of the necessary
consultant and advisory team to bring forward the demolition of the
car park, including submission of the planning application and
demolition works.
The closure of the car park, at a
date to be determined, on a permanent basis.
The submission of a planning
application to allow the demolition to take place.
The procurement of a demolition
contractor to undertake the demolition of the car park.
