The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
for the Council to grant a lease of land at the Former Bredbury
Civic Hall, Agecroft Road, Bredbury to Mosscare St Vincent’s
Housing Group Limited (MSV) and enter into all associated
agreements enabling the development of 12 new homes to be let on
social rents, which will provide permanent supported accommodation
for people with learning and physical disabilities on the site for
whom the Council has a statutory duty of care.
