The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
for the Council to enter into a 99-year lease agreement with UK
Power Distribution for an electrical substation at Edinburgh Close,
Cheadle, SK8 2AS and to also enter into a Deed of Easement between
the Council and the distribution network operator, Electricity
Northwest as part of the Edinburgh Close redevelopment, Councillor
Lane, Cheadle, SK2 2AS.
