The Executive Director
for Corporate and Support Services has given approval to the
procurement of the Xpress Election Management System from Civica UK
Ltd. to enable the delivery of Electoral Registration Officer and
Returning Officer functions. This includes the delivery of all
elections in the borough and maintenance and publication of the
register of electors.

N/A - This decision was made on a joint basis
with all 10 constituent Greater Manchester authorities under the
coordination of the GMCA.
