Purpose

Council will be asked
to consider a report relating to the statutory review of the
Council's Gambling Policy. The policy must be reviewed every 3
years under the Gambling Act 2005. The Council Meeting will be
asked to adopt a revised Gambling Policy following the undertaking
of a consutlation exercise.

Content

The Council Meeting
has approved and adopted the Gambling Policy – Statement of
Licensing principles 2025-2028.
